milk? nasssty stuff - haven't drunk it since I was three years old (really). Why do you think I gave up coffee? - trial and error, same as you. I've had to cut right back on red wine too, and I've pretty much given up whisk(e)y, which is the one that has caused me the most grief.

I can take the very occasional cup of cafetiere coffee, but espresso is out now :(
