ramtopswhen I heard the weather forecast on Friday, it said the weekend (Sunday particularly) would be horrible; high winds and rain and cold.
so we decided that we wouldn't want to go anywhere on Sunday, and hauled 4lbs of Dexter roast beef out of the freezer.
so yesterday, we had roast beef with Yorkshire puddings, potatoes (roasted in duck fat), glazed carrots and green cabbage sliced very thinly and stir fried in sesame oil. And very nice it was too.
the weather? Oh, it was fine all weekend, thanks for asking.
