we do hardly any printing here - we bought a Brother ethernet laser about two years ago (because trying to get printing working across a network of Windows / Linus / Mac was driving us mad); it's still on its first cartridge.

we bought a new colour inkjet this week, because the Canon S800 had died, *despite* being fed a new printhead, at £75 plus VAT if you please. It's very sweet - another Canon, IP4000R, which has wireless in it, and under £200.
