this morning, we found Liessa sitting on the shelf in the bedroom, tearing tiny pieces of cardboard from a shoe box with her little sharp white pointy teeth, and then spitting them out.

there's no accounting for them, really ...

To quote Vivien, "Bored! Bored! Bored!" And when you're bored you go out and make your own fun. There's a garage near where I'm living that use to have its name above the back entrance in big styrafoam letters. Use to because the local lorikeets used their copious free time and sharp beaks to pick at the styrafoam till there was nothing left. It use to make me smile every time i went past and spotted the pair of them being so industrious.

Both our male cats do that. We can't leave any cardboard box out with the flaps open, it they'll slowly shred it.

They also eat newspapers.
