Good luck! I quit almost six months ago. I had had several failed attempts to give up before and this is the longest I have ever been without a cigarette since I was about 16!
Well done, and good luck. I have an unopened box of Nicorette patches, if you'd like 'em. I bought a couple when I was giving up and initially found them invaluable at parties or wherever I was going to be around alcohol and cigarettes. The got me through the dangerous time, and I've now been completely clean of fags for more than two years.
Good luck. I've never smoked a fag in my life, so have simply no idea how hard it can be. Can't empathise, but can give lots of support. Always keen to see one less nicotine addict in the world :-}
Is your quit meter working correctly, or are you a smoker who doesn't smoke very much anyway?
