in other news, the new Powerbook has shipped, my new shoes are in Kidderminster according to the tracking page (so will hopefully be here for Saturday), and I've already sold the 15" Powerbook for a bit more than I was expecting, without the hassle of Paypal and shipping.

so a muted "huzzah" - muted, because it's only 9:47, and there's oodles of time for things to go wrong yet ...
