we all know couriers, don't we - never answer the phone. If they do, they put you on hold then cut you off.
phone was answered on the second ring by a polite, competent woman. She told me how late they might deliver. She told me exactly when they were open in the morning. She told me exactly what paperwork I would need to collect it.
