Given that Lakeland, to take an example, charges £4.99 for 118ml, this is what I term A Bargain!

In other news, I have a hurty little toe on my left foot. *Really* hurty - is it possible to get arthritis in a toe? I bet it is :(

I don't think it is - it feels arthritic :( It went away soon after I took this morning's glucosamine, so I shall ensure that I Keep Taking The Tablets.

yes - I saw the vanilla and if I didn't already have a big bottle would have swooped. the 30lb of cat litter for under a fiver works really well...
