I have a yen to start making wine - from fruit and/or veg, or from concentrate. I am a complete novice, so a trip to Waterstones will occur on Saturday (and may the lord have mercy on the bank balance).

Any tips or tricks gratefully received.

Pamela Westland, A Taste of the Country - Amazon have copies for a penny (with about 2.75 postage ;). Somewhat old, but best jam and wine book I ever found.
