The sense of hope is palpable - just like the UK in 1997. We all deserve better this time.

Yeah. But the comparison to the UK in 1997 is what I'm worried about. I really hope this isn't the case but I get such strong vibes of Blair from Obama that it makes me shudder.

THink how many wanted-to-be-pres types are still in the public eye. I counted them just now, carefully, twice, I got to "none". Can you even *remember* the names of any of the wanted-to-be-veep types?
