I didn't see anything about the issue of national mandatory wallets in order to hold all the blooming cards plus all the other cards that seem to fill up my wallet.
Which reminds me - time to do some wallet pruning.
Perhaps, like our cats, we could help the Government out by agreeing to be microchipped. It has to be the next step at some time. Then a GPS machine which can locate us all will be set up and "they" will finally be happy.
