Pete and I have been discussing transport in the last week or so. I fancy getting a camper van type thing, and we are also considering bicycles.

the latter mode was discussed at length last night, and I pointed out that my knees may not be up to pedaling now.

and - with chilling timing - my right knee is more painful today that I can ever remember it being. Arse. And "sod it" to arthritis.

I think so, I get mine from here http://www.healthspan.co.uk/ I only take 1 a day rather than the suggested 2 and it seems to make a difference.

take it with celery seed and black willow bark. and cehck with an oseto to make sure it is arthritis - mine turned out to be muscular ;-)
