as I get older and still creakier, I'm taking more and more pills - cranberry, devil's claw, echinacea, cod liver oil. And now, at the suggestion of mogs61, I'm about to add glucosamine and chondroitin to the list.

to make life easier, I tipped a whole load of each pill into a bowl, and now we just dip into it morning and evening. But it does feel a bit ... druggy, somehow :)

PK and I both take glucosamine, and have avoided wind problems.

I also throw glucosamine down my neck (along with far too many other drugs) - no wind here!
